For CURRENT patients:
The patient portal is the primary method of communicating with patients.
Visit pdptx.ema.md to access your patient portal account. Click on “Patient Login” or use the QR Code to directly access the Patient Login page.
Your email address is the standard username. If you have not set up your account, you will be asked to create a unique password.
The patient portal can be accessed from your desktop, mobile browser or the mobile app.
Download the Patient Portal App (APPatient) to Update Medical History, Medications and Pharmacy, Message Staff Members, View Results .... And more.
Before you can log into APPatient, your Patient Portal account must be set up using a computer internet browser.

Visit Summary & Messaging/Communication
Once you are logged into the patient portal, Click “Appointments” then “Past Appointments” to see details such as after-visit summaries (diagnoses, treatments performed, prescriptions, and follow-up instructions)
To view patient specific education about conditions discussed from your visit, click on the visit date then click on “view handout”
To access biopsy reports, Click Test/Results to view the pathology report.
The most efficient way to communicate with our office is to message the medical staff on the patient portal.
Within the patient portal, Click the “Message” tab then “Compose message” Search “Bosley Care team” to message the medical staff.
